Prices include breakfast and are per room per night.
Short Breaks - Between November and March excluding Christmas,
New Year and Bank Holidays.
2 Night Break – Bed & Breakfast £45.00 per person based on
2 sharing.
3 Night Break - Bed & Breakfast £67.00 per person based on 2 sharing.
 Reservation and Cancellation Policy
To secure a reservation a deposit equal to the cost of the first night is required, and is payable by credit/debit card or by cheque drawn on a UK bank account.
Cancellations:- Reservations can be cancelled with no penalty up to 7 days before the day of arrival.
When a cancellation is made less than 7 days before the day of arrival or by non-arrival, you will be required to pay a cancellation charge equal to the night(s) booked at the rate quoted. Refunds can only be made if the room is re-sold. Card processing charges will be deducted from any refund.
Unfortunately we do not have facilities to cater for children under the age of 12.
Please ensure you hold sufficient holiday insurance to cover the eventuality of cancelling your reservation.
